摘要
以径流源头控制的建筑小区为研究对象,提出小区在海绵城市设计下的蓄洪能力计算方法。首先从径流系数的定义及指标意义分析,明确影响雨量及流量径流系数的因素、取值方法及两者之间取值的差异。然后,建立以年径流总量为目标的雨水调蓄设施规模计算流程,推导得到海绵城市场地流量径流系数计算模型。以天津地区建筑小区为例,研究在满足年径流总量控制目标前提下,雨洪调蓄设施对整个小区的错峰蓄洪能力,并分析影响管道设计流量的重要参数。
Sponge city construction as an important part of ecological civilization is the core concept of promoting the hydrologic cycle harmony with urban construction.In this study,building site which is the important implement region of runoff source control is taken as the study object, and the calculation method of flood storage capacity under the design of sponge city is proposed in this study.Firstly,the runoff coefficientis analyzed to determine the factors and the method of rainfall and runoff coefficient and the difference between the values.Then,the scale calculation process of rainwater storage facility with annual runoff volume is established.Based on it,the calculation model of runoff coefficient of sponge city is derived.Taking community in Tianjin as an example, the rain flood storage facilities for peak flood storage capacity is studied under the target of total annual runoff control,and the important parameters of pipeline design flow are analyzed.
