摘要
多孔陶粒经过镧负载后用于低浓度含磷废水的处理。通过对镧改性陶粒进行了物化性质表征和除磷性能研究,考察了溶液pH、共存离子、反应时间等对除磷效果的影响。研究结果表明,经过镧负载后,陶粒比表面积增大,镧主要以氧化物的形式存在,陶粒除磷性能得到极大提升。镧负载陶粒在pH 4~10范围内能有效去除磷酸盐,去除率均在99%以上。在高浓度共存离子条件下仍对磷酸盐具有较好的吸附选择性。吸附动力学符合伪二级动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型。吸附反应主要以化学吸附为主,且吸附过程为吸热过程。
Lanthanum doped porous ceramics (PCL)was prepared and applied for the treatment of wastewater containing low concentration of phosphate.The resultant PCL was characterized and its phosphate removal performance was investigat- ed.The influence of initial pH in solution,co-existing ions and reaction time were discussed for phosphate removal.The results showed that the BET surface area of porous ceramics increased after the introduction of lanthanum oxide,PCL had prominent phosphate removal efficiency.Phosphate ion could be effectively removed within the pH range of 4 to 10,the removal rate was as high as 99%.In addition,PCL showed a satisfactory affinity towards phosphate ion even at high level of co-exist ing ions.The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm followed the pseudo-second -order model and the Langmuir model, respectively.The adsorption process between phosphate and PCL primarily occurred via chemisorption and was endothermic.
