摘要
本文主要介绍了工业控制网络中的CAN通讯在工业设计中的实际应用。随着工业控制系统的不断发展,越来越多的工业控制系统要求实现信息的快速传递,实现现场设备的快速采样和实时控制,实现上位机的快速显示和操作,对控制系统的实时性提出了越来越高的要求。以现场总线为代表的工业控制网络已成为新一代工业控制系统中的重要技术,它是计算机网络技术在工业控制底层的具体实现。CAN总线由于采用了许多新技术及独特的设计,与一般总线相比具有突出的可靠性、实时性和灵活性,被公认为几种最有前途的现场总线之一。
This paper mainly introduces the practical application of CAN communication in industrial control network in industrial design.With the continuous development of industrial control systems, more and more industrial control systems require the rapid transfer of information,the rapid sampling and real-time control of field equipment,and the rapid display and operation of the upper computer.The requirement of real-time control system is higher and higher.The industrial control network represented by fieldbus has become an important technology in the new generation industrial control system.It is the concrete realization of the computer network technology in the industrial control bottom layer.CAN bus is recognized as one of the most promising fieldbuses because of its many new technologies and unique design,and it has outstanding reliability,real time and flexibility compared with general bus.
