摘要
功率放大器是发射机的核心部件,其性能成为发射机好坏的关键因素。本文根据宽带功率放大器的设计原理,采用两级放大的方式,设计了一种125W宽带功率放大器。并给出了具体设计方案。通过测试,得到较为理想的结果。
A power amplifier is the core component of a transmitter,and the quality of a transmitter depends on the performance of the power amplifier. Based on the design principle of the broadband power amplifier,this paper gives a design scheme of 125 W broadband power amplifier using two-stage amplification. The satisfactory result is obtained after test.
