摘要
澳大利亚近些年来不断通过政策调整推进融合教育改革,迄今已建立起较为系统的融合教育政策体系。在教育对象上,由关注残疾开始向关注特殊需要扩展;在融合目标上,制定了从教育融入到社会融合的政策目标;在政策价值观上,强调以公平为基础的同等条件下的参与;在实施方式上,注重基于数据的个性化调整与评估;在保障措施上,强调特殊教育支持服务和特殊教育专业团队建设。
In recent years,Australia has continuously pushed forward the reform of inclusive education through policy adjustment,and so far established a systematic framework of inclusive education.The focus of the policy system begins to expand from disabilities to special needs;the policy objectives go from educational integration to social integration;participation under the same conditions based on equity is emphasized;attention is paid to data-based individualized adjustment and evaluation;and special education supporting service and the building of a contingent of professionals are emphasized.
