电子废物拆解企业污染物排放的污染特征及风险评估 被引量:3

CHARACTERISTICS AND RISK ASSESSMENT OF POLLUTANTS IN ELECTRONIC WASTE DISASSEMBLING ENTERPRISES

摘要 在常州翔宇资源再生科技有限公司的线路板深加工处理线、木塑产品生产线等污染物释放环节以及企业周边环境敏感点,采集空气、降尘、不同粒径颗粒物和排风口废气样品,分析其中多溴连苯醚、铅、二恶英的浓度分布特征,并对其进行健康风险评估和生态风险评估。结果显示:线路板深加工处理线空气和降尘中PBDEs最高浓度分别出现在基板破碎工段和人工拆解工段,而Pb的最高浓度均出现在基板破碎工段,二噁英则主要产生在具有高温的退锡工段;木塑产品中PBDEs总浓度较原料大幅上升,而Pb则处于同一数量级水平;底泥中PBDEs浓度中游>下游>中游,底泥中Pb浓度上游>中游>下游。总体上, PBDEs和Pb对车间职工健康风险较小,而对底泥的生态风险则较大。 Air samples of different sizes,the dust and waste gas samples were collected in circuit board deep processing line, wood-plastic product line and the environment sensitive points in Changzhou Xiangyu Resource Recycling and Technology Limited Liability Company.The concentration distribution characteristics of polybromo-phenylether,Pb and dioxin were analyzed,and then the health risk assessment and ecological risk assessment were carried out.The results showed that in circuit board deep processing line,the maximum concentration of polybromo-phenyl ether of air and dust samples was respectively in the basal plate crushing section and the artificial disassembling section,the maximum concentration of Pb was in the basal plate crushing section,and the maximum concentration of dioxin was in the annealing tin section.The concentration of PBDEs in wood-plastic products increased significantly,whereas Pb was at the same order of magnitude.The concentration of PBDEs in the .bottom mud is in the sequence of.middle reaches >lower reaches >upper reaches,and the concentration of Pb is in the sequence of upper reaches >middle reaches >lower reaches.Moreover,health risk of PBDEs and Pb to workers was less,whereas the ecological risk of PBDEs and Pb to sediment was larger.
