半空间低能离子谱仪高压电源设计

摘要 为满足半空间低能离子谱仪的高压供电需求,设计了低能离子谱仪的高压电源板。该高压电源板按航天要求设计,核心器件是固定高压模块S9098/S9097与光电耦合器HV801RH,共包括三路扫描高压与一路固定高压。实验测试表明:固定高压在要求范围内可调,纹波系数为0.03%。三路扫描高压的输出电压误差不大于5 V,建立时间为ms数量级。扫描高压1的纹波峰峰值小于4 V,扫描高压2和3的纹波峰峰值小于10 V,基本达到了预期要求。 In order to meet the high-voltage power supply needs of a half-sky low-energy ion spectrometer,a high-voltage power supply board is designed. This high-voltage power supply board is designed in accordance with the growing requirements of space applications,and its core devices are high-voltage modules S9098,S9097 and Opto-coupler HV801 RH. This board includes three sweeping high-voltage outputs and one fixed high-voltage output. Test results show that the fixed high-voltage can be adjusted within the required range and its ripple factor is 0.03%. The maximum deviations between the measured values and the ideal values of the three sweeping high-voltage outputs do not exceed 5 V,and the settling times of the sweeping high-voltage outputs are in the order of milliseconds(ms). The maximal peak-peak amplitude of the ripple of the sweeping high-voltage output 1 is less than 4 V. The maximal peak-peak amplitude of the ripple of the sweeping high-voltage output 2 and 3 are less than10 V,basically meet the expectations.
