摘要 本文综述了PET系统γ探测器晶体的研发现状。重点介绍了Na I(Tl)、BGO、LSO/LYSO和CZT的γ探测效率、光产额、光谱、光衰减时间常数、能量分辨率等性能,以及它们对临床PET和小动物PET的整机尺寸、位置分辨率、散射分数以及灵敏度等性能的影响。论文比较了部分国产PET系统和国外PET系统的性能,可为我国PET系统γ探测器晶体的研发与应用提供参考和借荐。 This article reviews the research and development status of γ detector crystals in PET system.We investigated the γ-ray detection efficiency,light yield,spectrum,light decay time constant,energy resolution and other properties of NaI(Tl),BGO,LSO/LYSO and CZT detectors. The performance of clinical PET system and pre-clinical PET system were affected by the crystal material including overall size,position resolution,scattering fraction,and sensitivity. We also compared the performance of domestic and foreign PET systems made by BGO and LSO/LYSO detectors. This research would guide the development and application of PET system design.
