海管喷砂系统中回收动力系统的设计与研制

摘要 为改善喷砂作业环境,降低室内外空气污染,设计研制了一套自动喷砂配套装备,提高了工作稳定性,降低了工人的劳动强度.本文先介绍了砂尘回收系统的整体方案,针对其回收动力系统进行了设计研制,包括真空源、电动机和消声器的设计与选型,还设计了动力系统的减震底座.经试用,本动力系统能够为整个砂尘回收系统提供良好的真空环境,保证了喷砂系统的高效运行. In order to improve the environment of sand blasting and reduce indoor and outdoor air pollution,a set of automatic sandblasting equipment was designed and developed to improve the working stability and reduce the labor intensity of workers.Firstly,this paper introduces the whole scheme of sand dust recycle system,and its recycle power system were designed and developed,including the design and selection of vacuum source ,motor and muffler,as well as the base of the power system.After application,the power system can provide a good vacuum environment for the whole sand dust recycle system and ensure the efficient operation of the sand blasting system.
