^(60)Co辐照对女贞子中环烯醚萜苷类成分的影响

Effects of60Co Irradiation on Secoiridoid Glycosides in Ligustri Lucidi Fructus

目的考察~60(Co)源不同辐照剂量灭菌处理对女贞子中环烯醚萜苷类成分的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,色谱柱Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.02%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:224 nm;选择5,10,25 kGy 3个剂量对不同含水量的女贞子药材进行辐照处理,比较辐照前后特女贞苷的含量以及环烯醚萜苷类成分HPLC图谱的变化。结果辐照前后女贞子中特女贞苷的含量和环烯醚萜苷类成分HPLC图谱变化均不明显。结论60Co源辐照灭菌对女贞子中环烯醚萜苷类成分无显著影响。

Objective To observe effects of irradiation by 60Co on secoiridoid glycosides in Ligustri lucidi fructus. Methods HPLC analysis was performed on a Phenomenex gemini C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with gradient elution,and acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase. Flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and detection wavelength was set at 224 nm. Five,10 and 25 kGy were selected to irradiate Ligustri lucidi fructus with different water contents. The contents of specnuezhenide and the HPLC chromatography of secoiridoid glycosides were compared before and after irradiation.Results The contents variation of specnuezhenide and the HPLC chromatography variation of secoiridoid glycosides in Ligustri lucidi fructus were not significant. Conclusion Irradiation by 60Co has no obvious effect on secoiridoid glycosides in Ligustri lucidi fructus.
