MSCT三维重技术在阑尾炎中临床诊断价值

目的:探究m SCT三维重建技术在诊断阑尾炎中的临床价值,为临床提供指导。方法:以2016年10月11日至2017年10月20日我院84例疑似阑尾炎患者作为观察对象,对84例疑似阑尾炎患者均实施B超检查、m SCT三维重建技术检查,并将检查结果和手术病理检查结果进行对比,研究对比m SCT三维重建技术的诊断价值。结果:m SCT三维重建技术诊断阑尾炎的敏感度、特异度、总准确率分别为95. 83%、100. 00%、96. 43%,B超诊断阑尾炎的敏感度、特异度、总准确率分别为80. 56%、83. 33%、80. 95%,统计发现,m SCT三维重建技术诊断阑尾炎的敏感度、总准确率相比B超明显更高,P <0. 05,但组间特异度无显著差异,P> 0. 05。结论:m SCT三维重建技术诊断阑尾炎具有较好的效果,诊断准确率较高,且敏感度、特异度均较高。

Objective to explore the clinical value of mSCT 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of appendicitis,and to provide guidance for clinical practice. Methods from October 11,2016 to October 20,2017 in our hospital 84 cases of suspected appendicitis patients as the observation object,the implementation of all B-ultrasound,mSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique was performed on 84 cases of patients with suspected appendicitis,and comparing the findings and pathological examination results,the diagnostic value of mSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technology comparison. The results of mSCT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of appendicitis,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 95. 83%,100%,96. 43%,B ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis in the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 80. 56%,83. 33%,80. 95%,statistics show that the 3D reconstruction technology of mSCT fault diagnosis of appendicitis sensitivity and accuracy compared to ultrasound was significantly higher,P < 0. 05,but there was no significant difference between group specificity,P > 0. 05. Conclusion the mSCT 3D reconstruction technique has a good effect in the diagnosis of appendicitis,and the accuracy of diagnosis is high,and the sensitivity and specificity are high.
