乳腺X线摄影联合彩色多普勒对乳腺癌患者诊断准确率的影响

The Effect of Mammography Combined with Color Doppler on the Diagnostic Accuracy of Breast Cancer Patients

目的:研究乳腺X线摄影(FFDM)联合彩色多普勒(CDFI)对乳腺癌患者诊断准确率的影响。方法:将周口市中医院2015年2月至2017年6月收诊的106例乳腺癌患者纳入研究,所有患者均行FFDM、CDFI检查,统计FFDM、CDFI联合检查及单一检查诊断准确率。结果:FFDM、CDFI联合诊断准确率89. 62%高于单一检测(77. 36%、64. 15%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); FFDM诊断准确率77. 36%高于CDFI 64. 15%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:FFDM和CDFI联合应用可显著提高乳腺癌患者诊断准确率,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective: To study the effect of FFDM combined with color doppler (CDFI) on the diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer patients. Methods: A total of 106 cases of breast cancer patients received from February 2015 to June 2017 in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in zhoukou city were included in the study. All patients underwent FFDM and CDFI examinations,and the diagnostic accuracy of FFDM,CDFI combined examination and single diagnostic were statistically analyzed. Results: The combined diagnostic accuracy of FFDM and CDFI (89. 62%) was higher than that of single test (77. 36%,64. 15%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05).
