摘要 目的:探讨高分辨率MRI在诊断肛瘘中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月~2017年10月40例肛瘘患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受高分辨率MRI在检查,将MRI结果与手术结果作对照。结果:MRI诊断40例中单纯性肛瘘11例,复杂性肛瘘29例;高位肛瘘22例,低位肛瘘18例;括约肌间型18例、括约肌上型11例、括约肌外型7例、经括约肌型4例,与手术分型的符合率分别为94. 44%、84. 62%、87. 50%、50. 00%; MRI诊断主管、支管、内口、外口、脓肿与手术结果的符合率分别为93. 98%、81. 25%、87. 50%、100. 00%、100. 00%。结论:高分辨率MRI诊断肛瘘准确、可靠,可提供比较全面的解剖及病理信息,帮助制定手术方案。 Objective: To investigate the clinical value of high resolution MRI in the diagnosis of anal fistula.Methods: the clinical data of 40 patients with anal fistula from January 2014 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were examined by high-resolution MRI. The results of MRI were compared with those of operation. Results:MRI diagnosis of 40 cases of anal fistula in 11 cases,29 cases of complex anal fistula; 22 cases of high anal fistula,anal fistula in 18 cases; 18 cases of intersphincteric,sphincter type in 11 cases,7 cases,4 cases of external sphincter of the sphincter,and surgical classification accuracy were 94. 44%,84. 62%,87. 50%,50%; MRI,executive branch,in the diagnosis of mouth,mouth,abscess and surgical results in accuracy were 93. 98%,81. 25%,87. 50%,100%,100%.Conclusion: high resolution MRI is accurate and reliable for the diagnosis of anal fistula. It can provide more comprehensive anatomical and pathological information and help to make the operation plan.
