石杉碱甲片联合长春西汀对血管性痴呆老年患者认知功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Huperzine A Tablets Combined with Vinpocetine on Cognitive Function and Activities of Daily Living in Elderly Patients with Vascular Dementia

目的:研究采用石杉碱甲片联合长春西汀治疗血管性痴呆对其认知功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2015年8月～2017年9月我院血管性痴呆老年患者96例,依照治疗方案不同分组,各48例。对照组采用长春西汀治疗,观察组采用石杉碱甲片+长春西汀治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后认知功能及日常生活能力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95. 83%(46/48)较对照组79. 17%(38/48)高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数(BI)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:血管性痴呆老年患者采用石杉碱甲片联合长春西汀治疗疗效显著,能有效改善患者认知功能,提高日常生活能力。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Huperzine A tablets combined with Vinpocetine on cognitive function and activities of daily living in elderly patients with vascular dementia. Methods: 96 elderly patients with vascular dementia in our hospital from August 2015 to September 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment schemes,each with 48 cases. The control group was treated with Vinpocetine,and the observation group was treated with Huperzine A tablets + Vinpocetine. The efficacy,cognitive function and activities of daily living before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 83%( 46/48),which was higher than that of the control group 79. 17%( 38/48)( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the mini mental state Rating Scale( MMSE) score and Barthel index( BI) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of Huperzine A tablets combined with Vinpocetine on treating elderly patients with vascular dementia is remarkable. It can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients and improve the ability of daily life.
