小胶质细胞显像原理及其在精神分裂症中的应用

摘要 近年来,随着精神分裂症小胶质细胞(microglia,MI)假说的提出,人们越来越关注该细胞在精神分裂症中的作用[1-2]。大量研究显示小胶质细胞激活后能够大量表达一种转位蛋白(translocator protein,TSPO),利用该蛋白的放射性配体对小胶质细胞进行标记,通过PET可以在体显示激活的小胶质细胞,从而了解疾病的严重程度。
