摘要
通过对乳液的亲水亲油的平衡性研究乳液的玻璃化转变温度对耐污渍性能的影响,在玻璃化转变温度为0℃时,涂膜的耐污综合能力最强。又通过对涂膜致密性的考虑,研究了乳液在粒径为90 nm时,且在0.6%的双丙酮丙烯酰胺/己二酸二肼存在的情况下,涂膜的成膜致密性最佳。通过非国标测试与国标测试,确定该方法的可行性。
By studying the balance between the hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of emulsion,the effect of the glass transition temperature of emulsion on stain resistance is studied.When the glass transition temperature is 0℃,the coatings film has the strongest comprehensive resistance to fouling.Through the consideration of the densification of the film,the emulsion is prepared at the particle size of 90nm,and the best film densification is obtained when 0.6% DAAM/ADH exists.The feasibility of the method is confirmed through the non-GB test and GB test.
