16排螺旋CT头颈部血管造影在血管病变中的诊断分析

Diagnostic Analysis of Head and Neck Angiography with 16 Slice Spiral CT in Vascular Diseases

目的了解对头颈部血管病变患者用16排螺旋CT血管造影方式检查的临床诊断价值。方法取笔者所在医院放射科2017年4月至2018年4月收治的头颈部血管病变患者120例相关资料为研究对象,所有患者均接受16排螺旋CT头颈部血管造影检查,对患者临床数据以回顾性方式进行分析并归纳16排螺旋CT头颈部血管造影检查的价值。结果所有患者接受检查后均顺利显示脑血管主干、主要分支部分,有117例患者大脑中动脉5级分支顺利显示。有96例患者为脑动脉瘤,余下24例患者为脑动静脉畸形,接受检查后各种疾病患者均清楚显示病灶所在位置、体积大小、形态变化、瘤颈和载瘤动脉之间的关联性。以DSA(数字减影血管造影)作为金标准,参考后提示两种检查手段检出情况保持一致。结论对头颈部血管病变患者用16排螺旋CT血管造影成像技术进行检查,具有操作简单、准确性高、快速安全以及清晰度令人满意的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To understand th.e clinical diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT angiography in patients with head and neck vascular disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 120 patients with head and neck vascular disease who were admitted to the Department of Radiology of the hospital from April 2017 to April 2018.All patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT head and neck angiography.Patient clinical data were analyzed retrospectively and the value of 16-slice spiral CT head and neck angiography was summarized.Results All patients underwent examination and showed the main part of the cerebrovascular trunk and the main branch.There were 117 patients with smooth cerebral artery level 5 branches.There Were 96 patients with cerebral aneurysms,and the remaining 24 patients were cerebral arteriovenous malformations.After examination,patients with various diseases clearly showed the location,volume,morphological changes,correlation between the neck and the tumor-bearing artery.DSA (Digital Subtraction Angiography)was used as the gold standard.After reference,the detection conditions of the two examination methods were consistent.Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT angiography imaging technique for patients with head and neck vascular disease has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy,fast and safe,and satisfactory resolution.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
