近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展,医疗水平快速提升,同时大众健康观念也发生了较大变化,医疗行业的本质已经不单单限制于提供医疗服务的简单范畴。构建医患关系始终是其中的亟待解决的重要内容之一,欲优化医患关系,必先优化自身医疗质量,欲优化自身医疗质量,需先明确其思想政治工作与构建和谐医患关系的联系与重要性,因此,以互相尊重、理解、信任、配合、平等友爱等为前提,推进医院建设,加强思想政治工作的构建,是提升医院服务水平重要途径。因此,在该阶段,构建和谐的医患关系已成为我国卫生事业的重要课题。

The nature of the medical industry has not only been limited to the simple scope of providing medical services. Building a doctor-patient relationship has always been one of the important contents to be solved. To optimize the relationship between doctors and patients, we must first optimize the quality of our medical care. To optimize the quality of our medical care, we must first clarify the relationship between ideological and political work and the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Importance, therefore, promoting mutual hospital construction and strengthening the construction of ideological and political work on the premise of mutual respect, understanding, trust, cooperation, equality and friendship are important ways to improve hospital service levels. Therefore, at this stage, building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become an important issue in China’s health industry.
