分析比索洛尔治疗老年高血压伴心功能不全患者的临床疗效

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Bisoprolol in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Cardiac Insufficiency

目的对治疗老年高血压伴心功能不全患者应用比索洛尔的实际临床效果进行研究分析。方法选择2016年4月至2018年4月在我院进行治疗的老年高血压伴心功能不全患者共62例作为研究分析对象,使用随机数字法,将所有患者分为观察组、对照组,对照组应用常规方式治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用比索洛尔治疗,将两组患者的心率、血压、左心室质量指数、左心室后壁厚度、室间隔厚度、左心室舒张末期容量、左心室收缩末期容量、舒张功能、射血分数、血浆脑钠素、高敏C反应蛋白、血管内皮生长因子以及肝肾功能等指标进行对比。结果经过治疗后两组患者的血压、心率无明显差异(P> 0.05);在左心室舒张末期容量、左心室收缩末期容量、左室质量指数、射血分数以及舒张功能指标方面,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在血浆脑钠素、血管内皮生长因子以及高敏C反应蛋白方面,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在肝肾功能以及血常规检查方面,两组无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论在治疗老年高血压伴心功能不全患者中应用比索洛尔具有显著疗效,改善患者的心功能,具有一定的安全性,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of bisoprolol on the elderly patients with hypertension and heart failure. Methods A total of 62 elderly patients with hypertension and cardiac insufficiency treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects of the study, and the random number method was used. All patients were divided into observation group and control group using random number method. The control group was treated with conventional methods. The observation group was treated with bisoprolol on the basis of the control group. Compared the heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular mass index, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, interventricular septal thickness, left ventricular end diastolic volume, left ventricular end systolic volume, diastolic function, ejection fraction, plasma brain natriuretic peptide, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, vascular endothelial growth factor and liver and kidney function. Results After treatment, there was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P> 0.05). The observation group was in terms of left ventricular enddiastolic volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume, left ventricular mass index, ejection fraction, and diastolic function. Significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05); In the plasma brain natriuretic peptide, vascular endothelial growth factor and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function and blood routine examination between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion The use of bisoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and cardiac insufficiency has a significant effect, and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
