Positional Type Ⅱ Atrioventricular Block in Elderly Patients: A Report of 1 Cases

目的探讨1例体位性房室传导阻滞的社区诊疗思路及双向转诊。方法通过1例老年体位性房室传导阻滞的检出,总结社区接诊该类患者的诊疗经验以及双向转诊路径。结果该患者转诊到上级医疗机构,植入起搏器,病情稳定出院。结论采取医联体模式下的双向转诊,上转的追踪、下转随访构建全方位的防治体系。

Objective Community diagnosis and treatment of 1 patients with postural atrioventricular block and two Way referral.Methods A case of elderly patients with orthostatic atrioventricular block was reviewed,and the experience of community consultation and the two-way referral path were summarized.Results The patient was transferred to the higher medical institution,implanted pacemaker;and discharged from hospital.Conclusion The comprehensive prevention and treatment system should be constructed by two-way referral,up-turn follow-up and down-turn follow-up.
