观察护理干预在粘连性肠梗阻手术中的应用效果

Observing the Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的研讨粘连性肠梗阻手术患者接受护理干预的临床价值。方法选取我院行手术治疗的14例粘连性肠梗阻患者参与实验观察,同时按随机抽签法分配患者入组,Ⅰ组(n=7)接受一般性护理,Ⅱ组(n=7)接受综合护理指导,分析评估两组护理对患者情绪状况、术后排气时间、住院时间及服务满意度等指标的影响。结果Ⅱ组患者在术后排气时间、住院时间上较Ⅰ组均显著缩短,在服务满意度上较Ⅰ组显著提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组情绪状况量表(SAS与SDS)评测结果对比,无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,Ⅱ组在情绪状况量表(SAS与SDS)的评测结果上较Ⅰ组均显著降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对粘连性肠梗阻手术患者施以综合护理指导是一种可行服务策略,能够促进患者恢复,改善患者的情绪状况,提高其服务满意度,值得推荐。

Objective Clinical value of nursing intervention for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods Fourteen cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction in our hospital were selected for experimental observation. At the same time, the patients were divided into two groups by random drawing. Group Ⅰ(n =7) received general nursing care and group Ⅱ(n =7) received comprehensive nursing guidance. To analyze and evaluate the influence of nursing care on patients’ emotional status, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time and service satisfaction. Results In group Ⅱ, the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in group Ⅰ, and the service satisfaction was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P< 0.05). Before the nursing, the results of the two groups of emotional status scale(SAS and SDS) were not statistically significant(P> 0.05). After the nursing, the results of the group Ⅱ in the emotional status scale(SAS and SDS) were compared with the group Ⅰ. Significantly decreased, statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing guidance for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction is a feasible service strategy, which can promote patient recovery, improve patients’ emotional status and improve their service satisfaction. It is recommended.
