急性心肌梗死院前急救的护理及转运改良流程的应用效果研究

The Application of Pre-hospital Care and Improved Transport Process on the Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的研究急性心肌梗死在院前急救采取的有效护理措施和应用转运改良流程,并探讨其效果。方法取2017年6～12月我院急救中心采用常规院前急救和转运的88例患者作为对照组,再取2018年1月～6月我院急救中心采用院前急救护理、转运改良流程的88例患者作为观察组,比较两组的急救时间、转运效果以及成功率。结果时间方面比较,观察组在出诊、心电图、急救等环节上,用时更少,效率更高。成功率比较,观察组急救成功率为97.73%,转运成功率为100%,对照组分别为90.91%、93.18%,观察组的成功率更高,更能保障患者生命安全。两组在时间和成功率上的比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论急性心肌梗死实施院前急救护理和应用转运改良流程,大大缩短急救总时间,快速转入医院治疗,有效提高治疗效果,降低患者死亡率,值得推广与应用。

Objective To study the nursing measures adopted in pre-hospital emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction and the application of improved transport process, and to explore its effect. Methods 88 patients in the emergency center of our hospital from June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group and 88 patients in the emergency center of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the observation group. The time of first aid, transport effect and success rate of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the time, the observation group used less time and had higher efficiency in the aspects of diagnosis, electrocardiogram and first aid. The success rate was 97.73% in observation group, 100% in transshipment, 90.91% in control group and 93.18% in control group respectively. The success rate of observation group was higher, which could guarantee the life safety of patients. There was a significant difference in the time and success rate between the two groups(P< 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of pre-hospital emergency care and application of improved transport process for acute myocardial infarction can greatly shorten the total emergency time, quickly transfer to hospital treatment, effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the mortality of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
