综合护理干预对严重创伤性休克患者的急诊护理效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Emergency Care of Patients with Severe Traumatic Shock

目的分析综合护理干预对严重创伤性休克患者的急诊护理效果。方法选取本院急诊2016年7月至2018年7月接收的严重创伤性休克患者150例,由抽签随机分组,对照组75例应用常规护理,实验组75例应用急诊综合护理干预,对比两组患者有效抢救时间、并发症发生率、抢救成功率。结果实验组患者抢救成功率明显高于对照组,有效抢救时间明显比对照组短,而并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对严重创伤性休克患者的急诊护理效果较显著,可有效缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,有助于预防和减少并发症的发生,保证急诊护理质量和效率,促进患者预后康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods 150 patients with severe traumatic shock received in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.75 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and 75 patients in the experimental group were given emergency comprehensive nursing intervention.The effective rescue time,the incidence of complications and the success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of rescue in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the effective rescue time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on emergency nursing of patients with severe traumatic shock.It can effectively shorten the rescue time,improve the success rate of rescue,help prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications,ensure the quality and efficiency of emergency nursing,and promote the prognosis of patients.
