前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Alprostadil combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效与安全性。方法观察组选择选择重庆市云阳县人民医院肾内科2017年3月至2018年5月期间收治的29例糖尿病肾病患者,采用前列地尔联合缬沙坦进行治疗,对照组选择重庆市云阳县人民医院肾内科同期收治的29例糖尿病肾病患者,单用缬沙坦进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,而两组不良反应则不具有显著性差异。结论前列地尔联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病能够显著提升临床疗效,同时不会引发严重不良反应。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Twenty-nine patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the department of nephrology, Yunyang County People’s Hospital, Chongqing from March 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the observation group. They were treated with alprostadil combined with valsartan and selected from Yunyang County, Chongqing. Twenty-nine patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the department of nephrology of the People’s Hospital as a control group were treated with valsartan alone. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P> 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is significant and safe. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
