心理护理在口腔牙周病治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Psychological Nursing on the Treatment of Oral Periodontal Disease

目的本次研究主要分析了对口腔牙周病患者的治疗过程中对患者进行心理护理的临床效果。方法对我院2016年3月-2017年3月接收的100例患者按照就诊顺序进行平均分组,对照组和干预组,每组均有50例患者;其中对对照组患者进行传统的护理,而干预组则是在对照组的基础上进行针对性心理护理。对两组患者进行一定的护理之后,对所有患者的SDS、SAS、两组患者的治疗有效率、护理满意度、心情进行评分、统计、比较。结果两组患者的SDS分以及SAS分都得到了一定程度的改变,但干预组无论是SDS分、SAS评分还是生活质量评分都比对照组明显优异,差异非常显著;干预组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,且干预组的护理满意度优于对照组,差异非常显著(P<0.05)。结论对口腔牙周病患者进行适当的心理护理,能够改善患者的心理,让其更加开朗自信,有助于提高患者的生活质量,促进其早日康复,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective This study mainly analyzed the clinical effects of psychological nursing on patients during oral treatment of patients with periodontal disease. Methods 100 patients received from our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into groups according to the order of treatment. The control group and the intervention group had 50 patients in each group. Among them, the patients in the control group were treated with traditional care. The intervention group was targeted psychological care based on the control group. After a certain amount of care for the two groups of patients, the SDS, SAS, and the treatment efficiency, care satisfaction, mood, scores, statistics, and comparisons of all patients were evaluated. Results Both the SDS score and the SAS score of the two groups were changed to some extent. However, the SDS score, SAS score and quality of life score were significantly better in the intervention group than in the control group. The difference was very significant. The efficiency was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was very significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Proper psychological care for patients with oral periodontal disease can improve the patient’s psychology, make it more cheerful and confident, help to improve the quality of life of patients, and promote their early recovery, which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
