分析早期护理干预对四肢骨折患者并发症的预防作用

To Analyze the Preventive Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Complications of Limbs Fracture Patients

目的研究分析早期护理干预对四肢骨折患者并发症的预防作用。方法选择2016年9月至2017年9月我院进行治疗的四肢骨折患者320例作为研究分析对象,根据不同护理方式分为两组,对照组应用常规护理干预措施,观察组应用早期护理干预,对比两组住院时间、并发症情况、满意度。结果观察组患者住院时间、并发症出现率、满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对四肢骨折患者进行早期护理干预具有显著效果,能够明显降低并发症出现率,患者更快出院,具有更高的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the preventive effect of early nursing intervention on complications of limbs fracture patients.Methods 320 cases of limb fractures treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given early nursing intervention,the hospitalization time, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,complication rate and satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing intervention for patients with limb fractures has significant effect,can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,patients discharged faster,with higher satisfaction,it is worth popularizing and applying.
