经脐单孔成人腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用价值分析

Clinical Value of Laparoscopic Inguinal Hernia Repair in Adult Patients with Transumbilical Single Hole

目的分析探讨在腹股沟疝的治疗中采用经脐单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月在我院接受腹股沟疝治疗的病患20例,随机将病患分为两组,给予其中一组病患予三孔法成人腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术设为三孔组,另一组病患给予经脐单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术设为经脐单孔组,每组各10例,比较两组病患的临床治疗效果。结果两组病患的术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症比较无明显差异(P> 0.05);经脐单孔组病患的疼痛程度以及切口满意度明显优于三孔组(P<0.05)。结论在成人腹股沟疝的治疗中采用经脐单孔腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术,有着较好的临床治疗效果,值得大力推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Twentycases of inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 Were randomly divided into two groups.One group was treated with three-hole laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty.The other group was treated with single-hole laparoscopic inguinal hernioplasty via umbilicus. Each group had 10 patients,and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.ResUlts There was no significant difference,in the amount of bleeding,length of stay and complications between the two groups (P>0.05),and the degree of pain and satisfaction of incision in the transumbilical single orifice group were significantly better than those in the three orifice group (P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic inguinal herniorrhaphy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia,which is worth promoting.
