摘要
目的将RetCam 3早产儿眼底筛查仪应用在婴幼儿的眼病筛查中,评估和分析应用效果及价值。方法此文实施研究的样本资料是2014年1月至2016年12月本院收入并开展RetCam 3早产儿眼底筛查仪检查的392例0-3岁婴幼儿,对其开展回顾分析,392例婴幼儿均接受RetCam 3早产儿眼底筛查仪检查,统计和研究392例婴幼儿的RetCam 3早产儿眼底筛查仪检查结果。结果 392例婴幼儿的RetCam 3早产儿眼底筛查仪检查结果呈现,检出早产儿视网膜病变11例、新生儿视网膜出血76例、先天性白内障15例、先天性斜视12例、虹膜/脉络膜缺损9例、眼型白化病6例、视网膜母细胞瘤4例、Coats病6例、皮质盲5例、先天性视神经发育不良6例、永存玻璃体原始动脉5例、先天性上睑下垂5例、角膜皮样瘤3例、先天性小眼球3例。结论在婴幼儿的眼病筛查中采取RetCam 3早产儿眼底筛查仪展示良好应用效果,呈现重要临床价值。
Objective to evaluate and analyze the application effect and value of RetCam 3preterm infant ophthalmic fundus screening instrument in infant ophthalmic disease screening.Methods the sample data for this study were 392 infants aged 0-3 years old from January 2014 to December 2016 who were admitted to our hospital and conducted the examination of the ocular fundus screening instrument for premature RetCam 3.All 392 infants and young children Were examined by the ocular fundus screening instrument for RetCam 3premature infants. Results of ophthalmic fundus screening instrument for'premature infant RetCam 3 in 392infants were statistically and studied.Results 392cases of infants with Retcam 3premature infant fundus Screening Apparatus examination results showed that 11 cases of retinopathy of prematurity,neonatal retinal hemorrhage 76 cases,congenital cataract 15 cases, congenital strabismus 12cases,iris/choroidal defect 9cases,ocular type of albinism 6 cases,retinoblastoma 4 cases, Coats disease 6 cases,cortical blindness 5 cases,congenital optic nerve dysplasia 6 cases,permanent vitreous original artery 5 cases,congenital ptosis 5 cases,corneal skin-like tumor 3cases,congenital small eyeball 3 cases.Conclusion the application of RetCam 3 in the screening of ocular diseases in infants and young children shows good results and presents important clinical value.
