Research Progress on Effect of Empathy in Nurse-Patient Communication

随着医疗护理过程中整体护理的实施,对于护患沟通提出了更高的要求,共情属于良好沟通技巧,本文就对共情的作用、临床应用现状、影响护理人员共情能力的因素以及临床共情教育培训进行综述,以期提高临床护理人员对共情进行有效掌握,从而提升临床护理服务质量。

With the implementation of holistic nursing in the process of medical care,higher requirements are put forward for the communication between patients and nurses.Empathy is good communication skills.This paper reviews the role of empathy,clinical application status,factors affecting the empathy ability of nursing staff,and clinical empathy education training in order to improve clinical nursing staff's effective mastery of empathy and thus improve the quality of clinical nursing service.
