根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗牙隐裂伴发慢性牙髓炎的效果观察

Observation of the Effect Of Root Canal Therapy Combined with Total Crown Restoration on the Treatment of Hidden Fissure with Chronic Pulpitis

目的探讨根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗牙隐裂伴发慢性牙髓炎的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年4月至2018年5月收治的牙隐裂伴发慢性牙髓炎患者54例为研究对象,均为单牙患病,对54例牙隐裂伴发慢性牙髓炎患者实施根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗,分析54例牙隐裂伴发慢性牙髓炎患者治疗情况。结果治疗后的咬合功能、咀嚼功能评分高于治疗前,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论根管治疗联合全冠修复治疗牙隐裂伴发慢性牙髓炎的应用效果显著,改善了症状,提高了咬合功能和咀嚼功能,值得应用。

Objective to explore the effect of root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration in treating hidden fissure of teeth with chronic pulpitis. Methods 54 patients with latent fissure and chronic pulpitis who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study objects, all of which were uniodontal diseases. Root canal therapy combined with total crown restoration was performed in 54 patients with latent fissure and chronic pulpitis. The treatment of 54 cases with latent fissure and chronic pulpitis was analyzed. Results the scores of occlusal function and masticatory function after treatment were higher than before treatment, with statistically significant,(P< 0.05). Conclusion the application effect of root canal therapy combined with total crown repair in treating hidden fissure of teeth with chronic pulpitis is remarkable, which improves the symptoms and the occlusion function and chewing function.
