用空气压缩式雾化器吸入沙丁胺醇和布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿COPD的效果

The Efficacy of Inhaled Salbutamol and Budesonide in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema COPD with an Air Compression Atomizer

目的观察分析在慢性阻塞性肺气肿COPD患者中行沙丁胺醇和布地奈德治疗时利用空气压缩式雾化器吸入的效果。方法选择在本院接受沙丁胺醇和布地奈德治疗的慢性阻塞性肺气肿COPD患者,病例数为154例,选取时间段为2015年1月至2015年12月。通过随机数字法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组和观察组各77例。对照组患者利用超声雾化吸入药物治疗,观察组患者利用空气压缩式雾化器吸药物治疗。分析两组患者治疗效果。结果显示观察组中呼吸困难改善稳定率以及恶化率均显著优于对照组,放弃雾化器治疗的患者显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上在针对沙丁胺醇和布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿COPD患者时采用空气压缩式雾化器吸入治疗的方式能够获得更好的效果,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective to observe the effect of inhalation of air compression atomizer in the treatment of salbutamol and budesonide in COPD patients with chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods a total of 154 cases of chronic obstructive emphysema COPD patients who were treated with salbutamol and budesonide in our hospital were selected between January 2015 and December 2015. The group was divided into control group, observation group and observation group by random number method, with 77 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultrasonic atomization inhalation and the observation group was treated with air compression atomizer inhalation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results the results showed that the rate of improvement in stability and progression of dyspnea in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the rate of patients who gave up the nebulizer treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion the clinical application of air compression nebulizer inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema COPD with salbutamol and budesonide can achieve better results and higher clinical value.
