盐酸胺碘酮注射液急诊治疗心律失常的临床价值分析

目的探究与分析盐酸胺碘酮注射液急诊治疗心律失常的临床价值。方法将本院在2016年6月至2017年6月收治的80例心律失常患者作为本次研究的主要对象,按照随机分配方式,将80患者等分为40例对照组与40例观察组。并分别给予盐酸普罗帕酮注射液、盐酸胺碘酮注射液实施治疗。比较两组患者临床总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于75.00%的对照组,且比较差异显著,P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(7.50%vs 27.50%),且P<0.05。结论对心律失常患者采用盐酸胺碘酮注射液急诊治疗可显著提高临床总有效率,故具有较高的应用价值。

Objective to explore and analyze the clinical value of amiodarone hydrochloride injection in emergency treatment of arrhythmia.Methods 80 cases of arrhythmia patients admitted by our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were taken as the main object of this study.80 patients were divided into 40 control groups and 40 observation groups according to the random allocation method.And propanone hydrochloride injection and amiodarone hydrochloride injection were given respectively for treatment.Total clinical efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results the total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group with 75.00%,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (7.50%vs27.50%),and P<0.05.Conclusion emergency treatment with amiodarone hydrochloride injection for patients with arrhythmia can significantly improve the total clinical efficiency,so it has a higher application value.
