腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效和安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of laparoscopic and openabdominal surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis

目的研究腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法选我院急性阑尾炎患者74例,以随机数字表法为基点分实验组、常规组各37例,常规组实施开腹手术治疗,实验组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,两组患者手术实际情况(手术及住院时间、术中出血量与肛门首次排气时间)与术后并发症发生情况对比。结果与常规组比,实验组时间短,出血量少,并发症发生率低,P<0.05。结论与开腹手术比,对急性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜治疗具有较小的创伤,并发症发生率较低,促进其自身病情能早期康复,提高临床疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to study the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic and open-abdominal surgery in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods 74 cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital were divided into experimental group and routine group by random numeral table method,and 37 cases each group.The conventional group underwent laparotomy,the experimental group was treated by laparoscopic surgery,and the actual conditions of operation (operation and hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding and first time of the anus)were compared with the postoperative Complications of the two groups of patients.Results compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had shorter time,less bleeding and lower complication rate,P<0.05.Conclusion compared with open surgery,laparoscopic treatment for acute appendicitis has less trauma and lower incidence of complications, which can promote the early recovery of their own condition,improve clinical efficacy and safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
