多元化糖尿病管理系统对糖尿病血糖及并发症控制的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Control of Diabetic Blood Glucose and Complication by Diversified Diabetes Management System

目的探讨多元化糖尿病管理系统在门诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院门诊T2DM患者为研究对象,分为实验组及对照组,实验组采用多元化糖尿病管理系统进行系统管理,对照组采用常规门诊建档及电话随访。比较两组患者自我管理能力、空腹及餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白及并发症控制情况。结果实验组自我管理能力明显强于对照组,血糖及糖化血红蛋控制明显优于对照组,并发症明显少于对照组。结论多元化糖尿病管理系统可有效提高T2DM患者糖尿病自我管理能力,改善患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平,能有效减少并发症的发生。

Objective to explore the effect of multivariate diabetes management system in the management of outpatient type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods with T2DM in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as subjects, divided into experimental group and control group. The multivariate diabetes management system was used for systematic management in the experimental group, and routine outpatient file and telephone follow-up were used in the control group. To compare the self-management ability, fasting and postprandial glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and complication control of two groups of patients. Results the self-management ability of the experimental group was significantly stronger than that of the control group, the control of blood glucose and saccharified blood red eggs was significantly better than that of the control group, and the complications were significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion the multiple diabetes management system can effectively improve the self-management ability of diabetes mellitus in T2DM patients, improve the blood glucose and hba1c level of patients, and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
