摘要
工业大气环境下的钢结构存在严重的耐久性问题,影响结构的安全和正常使用,亟需建立合理的耐久性评价体系对其耐久性现状进行评判。以武钢第二炼钢厂钢结构厂房为例,调查分析工业大气环境特点,提出钢结构耐久性综合评价的环境指标;借助层次分析法和模糊数学理论建立工业大气环境下钢结构耐久性的模糊综合评价体系及方法,为工业大气环境下钢结构的耐久性设计与日常维护提供依据。
The steel structure in the industrial atmosphere has serious durability problems,which affects the safety and normal use of the structure.It is urgent to establish a reasonable durability evaluation system to judge the durability status.Taking the steel structure factory of No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO as an example,the characteristics of industrial atmospheric environment were investigated and analyzed,and the environmental indicators of steel structure durability were proposed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the durability of steel structure in industrial atmospheric environment was established by means of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory,it could provide a reference for the durability design and routine maintenance of the steel structure in the industrial atmospheric environment.
