摘要
为研究T型连接接头疲劳性能,设计了5个不同几何参数的T型连接试件进行疲劳试验。通过对不同试件应力、断口宏观和金相分析,并与有限元模拟分析比照,得到各试件螺栓拉力变化以及疲劳过程中关键点的应力变化曲线等。结果表明:改变螺栓位置对试件破坏形态影响较大,但对试件的疲劳寿命影响较小,而翼缘板厚度的增加,使翼缘板在疲劳荷载下的变形逐渐减小,疲劳寿命大幅增加。
High strength bolted end plate connection is one of the most widely used connection joints.In order to study the fatigue performance of T joint,5T-shaped connection specimens with different geometric parameters were designed for fatigue test.Through the stress analysis,fracture macro analysis and metallographic analysis,and the comparison with finite element simulation analysis,the stress change curves of bolts and the key points in fatigue process were obtained.The results showed that the change of bolt position had a great influence on the failure modes of the specimens,but the effect on fatigue life was small.Increasing the thickness of flange,flange deformation under fatigue loading decreased gradually,while the fatigue life increased significantly.
