摘要
穿城铁路地下化是解决城市与铁路矛盾、释放区域发展潜力的一种有效城市更新途径。以西班牙Logro1o高铁站、美国纽约大中央车站和荷兰代尔夫特铁路站站域更新三个案例,从铁路用地、铁路周边区域和城市三个尺度层面,介绍并分析了其更新的动因、论证、设计和实施效果。为当前我国铁路建设与城市更新改造之间理顺关系提供借鉴。
The underground renovation of railway is an effective way of urban renew to relieve the contradiction between city and railway,and to release potentiality of development as well.Three examples of Logrono railway station in Spain,Grand Central Station in New York,and Delft railway station in Netherlands were chosen and analyzed respectively from three levels of the railway land level,the railway surrounding area level and the city level. The motivation,process of demonstration,design and implementation were analyzed.It can provide a referencelfor building the rational relationship between railway construction and urban renewal in China.
