Analysis of the Construction of Remote Medicine Platform in Our Hospital and Its Significance

通常情况下,使用远程通信技术和计算机多媒体技术为临床医学提供科学、合理、有效的信息和服务就是广义上的远程医学(Telemedicine),包括远程诊断、会诊、护理、医学信息服务等活动。而从狭义上来看,远程医学则主要包括远程影像学、诊断与会诊等。随着临床医学的不断发展,远程医学的应用途径不仅会越来越广,其临床价值也是不可低估的。故此,本文主要从远程医学平台构建及其意义的角度对我国实施远程医学战略进行研究与分析,以便在未来有效地实现医院间与科室间的远程会诊、专科诊断与中医医疗的全面发展。

Using remote communication technology and computer multimedia technology to provide scientific, reasonable and effective information and services for clinical medicine is a broad range of telemedicine, including remote diagnosis, consultation, nursing, medical information services and other activities. In a narrow sense, telemedicine mainly includes remote imaging, diagnosis and consultation. With the continuous development of clinical medicine, the application of telemedicine will not only become more and more extensive, but its clinical value cannot be underestimated. Therefore, this paper mainly studies and analyzes the implementation of telemedicine strategy in China from the perspective of the construction of remote medical platform and its significance, so as to effectively realize the comprehensive development of teleconsulting, specialist diagnosis and TCM medical treatment between hospitals and departments in the future.
