摘要
目的分析研讨诺新康治疗急性冠脉综合征对炎性因子的影响。方法从我院2013年1月至2018年10月收治的急性冠脉综合征患者中选取80例进行研究分析,依据其治疗方式分组,其中40例接受常规治疗(对照组),另40例接受常规治疗联合诺新康治疗(研究组),观察比较治疗效果,如炎性因子等。结果研究组治疗总疗效95%高于对照组60%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6指标,治疗前,组间数据无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较血脂水平,治疗前,组间数据无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组LDL-C、TG、TC低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建议临床治疗急性冠脉综合征考虑采用诺新康,在改善炎性因子指标上作用更为突出,增强疗效,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Nuoxinkang on acute inflammatory syndrome in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods Eighty patients from the acute coronary syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2013to October 2018were selected for research and analysis.According to their treatment,40patients received routine treatment (control group).Forty patients underwent routine treatment combined with Nuoxinkang (study group)to observe the therapeutic effects,such as inflammatory factors.Results The total curative effect of the study group was 95%higher than that of the control group (60%).The data between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6indexes were compared.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,and the data between the groups was statisti'cally significant (P<0.05).Compared with the blood lipid level,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the LDL-C,TG,and TC in the study group were lower than the control group,and the HDL-C was higher than the control group.Academic.significance (P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended to consider the use of Nuo Xinkang in the clinical treatment of acute coronary syndrome.It is more prominent in improving the indicators of inflammatory factors and enhances the curative effect.It is worth promoting.
