护理干预对骨折卧床病人便秘发生的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Constipation in Patients with Fracture in Bed

目的分析研讨护理干预对骨折卧床病人便秘发生的影响。方法随机从我科收治的骨折患者中抽取68例做对照研究,依据其护理方式分组,其中34例接受常规护理(对照组),另34例接受系统性护理干预(研究组),观察比较两组患者护理效果,如便秘发生率等。结果研究组便秘发生率、便秘消失时间、症状缓解时间均低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理干预可显著降低便秘发生率,促进排便,进而改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on constipation in orthopaedic bedridden patients. Methods A total of 68 orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from were randomly selected for retrospective analysis. According to their nursing methods, 34 patients received routine care(control group) and the other 34 patients received systematic nursing intervention(study group), observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients, such as the incidence of constipation. Results The incidence of constipation, disappearance of constipation and time to symptom relief were lower in the study group than in the control group. The data between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is recommended to apply nursing intervention to orthopaedic bedridden patients, which can significantly reduce the incidence of constipation, promote defecation, and improve the quality of life, which is worth promoting.
