新辅助化疗联合胃癌D2根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的疗效

Efficacy of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined with D2 Radical Resection for Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的观察新辅助化疗联合胃癌D2根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2017年8月来我院就诊的100例进展期胃癌患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用胃癌D2根治手术治疗,实验组患者给予新辅助化疗联合胃癌D2根治手术治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生情况明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论新辅助化疗联合胃癌D2根治手术治疗进展期胃癌的疗效显著,能够有效的提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的不良反应发生情况。因此,值得被推广。

Objective To observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with D2radical surgery for advanced gastric cancer.Methods One hundred patients with advanced gastric cancer who came to our hospital from May 2016to August 2017were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with gastric cancer radical surgery using D2,and patients in the experimental group were.treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with gastric cancer radical surgery using D2.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reactions were significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with D2radical surgery for advanced gastric cancer has a significant effect on the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,which can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients and the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
