舒适护理模式在大肠癌化疗后病人中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comfortable Nursing Mode in Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Chemotherapy

目的将舒适护理方式运用到大肠癌化疗后病人中,探讨其对该类病人的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2017年5月来我院就诊的大肠癌化疗患者200例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100例,对照组给予传统护理,研究组在此基础上给予舒适护理,比较两者护理后的疗效。结果实验组舒适度明显优于对照组,焦虑度、住院天数、胃肠道反应明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论舒适护理法可以减轻化疗引起的肠刺激反应,改善患者焦虑状态,对大肠癌化疗患者起到促进作用,值得在临床上广泛推广和使用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on patients with colorectal cancer after chemotherapy. Methods Two hundred patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2017 were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, One hundred cases in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the study group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of this, and the curative effect of the two nursing was compared. Results The comfort of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The anxiety, hospitalization days and gastrointestinal reaction of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing can relieve the intestinal irritation induced by chemotherapy, improve the anxiety of patients, and promote the chemotherapy of colorectal cancer patients, which is worth popularizing and using widely in clinic.
