心胸外科重症监护患者的心理分析及临床护理措施

Psychological Analysis and Clinical Nursing Measures for Patients with Cardiothoracic Surgery Intensive Care

目的分析心胸外科重症监护患者的心理特征,并探究其临床护理措施。方法将2017年1月至2018年10月本院收治的90例心胸外科重症监护患者纳入本研究,对其临床资料给予回顾性分析,通过分析心胸外科重症监护患者的心理特征,探究有效的临床护理措施。结果通过临床治疗及护理,90例患者中有80例成功、2例死亡、8例并发症,其成功率、死亡率、并发症发生率分别为88.89%、2.22%、8.89%。结论根据胸外科重症监护患者的心理特征结合新的医学模式,予以科学的心理治疗及护理,逐步改善患者的临床症状,促进其早日康复。

Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of patients with cardiothoracic surgery intensive care and to explore its clinical nursing measures.Methods Ninety cases of cardiothoracic surgery intensive care patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017to October 2018were included in the study.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The psychological characteristics of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery intensive care were analyzed to explore effective methods.Clinical care measures.Results Through clinical treatment and nursing,80of 90patients were successful,2died,and 8had complications.The success rate,mortality,and complication rate were 88.89%,2.22%,and 8.89%.Conclusion According to the psychological characteristics of intensive care patients in thoracic surgery combined with the new medical model,to give scientific psychological treatment and nursing,gradually improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote their early recovery.
