分析左氧氟沙星联合三金片治疗老年急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Levofloxacin Combined with Sanjin Tablet in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Pyelonephritis

目的研究左氧氟沙星联合三金片治疗老年急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法我院从2016年3月至2018年3月,共收治22例老年急性肾盂肾炎患者,本次研究选取所有病例资料进行回顾性分析,并根据治疗方式的差异将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组患者接受左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合三金片进行治疗,观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组综合有效率为90.9%;对照组综合有效率为72.7%;P <0.05,差异有统计学意义;观察组复发率为0%;对照组共有2例复发,复发率为18.2%,观察组显著低于对照组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论左氧氟沙星联合三金片治疗老年急性肾盂肾炎疗效显著,能够有效消除炎性反应,降低其疗后复发率,提升远期疗效,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with Sanjin Tablet in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis in the elderly.Methods A total of 22elderly patients with acute pyelonephritis were enrolled -from March 2016to March 2018.All cases were selected for retrospective analysis and divided into observation groups and control group according to differences in treatment methods.In the control group,the control group received levofloxacin treatment,and the observation group patients were treated with Sanjin tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed.Results The comprehensive effective rate was 90.9%in the observation group;72.7%in the control group;P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the recurrence rate was 0%in the observation group;2recurrence in the control group,the recurrence rate was 18.2%.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Sanjin Tablet is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with acute pyelonephritis,which can effectiv.ely eliminate the inflammatory response,reduce the recurrence rate after treatment, and improve the long-term Efficacy,safety,and worth promoting.
