个性化延伸护理对心脏大血管外科术后患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Personalized Extended Care on Quality of Life of Patients after Cardiac Surgery

目的探讨个性化延伸护理模式对心脏大血管外科术后患者生活质量的影响。方法将64例心脏大血管外科手术患者随机分为两组,对照组仅在住院期间和出院时给予系统的健康教育,观察组在此基础上出院后继续进行延伸护理半年,采用生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL)对患者生存质量改善情况展开分析。结果观察组患者护理配合度93.75%显著高于对照组84.38%,且观察组患者各项满意度评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后WHOQOL评分均有所改善,且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脏大血管外科术后患者进行延伸护理,可显著提高患者护理配合度,改善患者生存质量,融洽护患关系,拓展了优质护理的内涵,具有实际推广意义。

Objective To study the personalized extension nursing mode for heart vascular surgery patients quality of life.Methods Sixty-four patients with cardiac vascular surgery were randomLy divided into two groups, control group only during hospitalization and discharge to the system of health education,the observation group based on the extension to continue nursing after discharge for half a year,the determination of quality of life questionnaire (WHOQOL)for patients survival quality analysis to improve the situation.Results The observation group of patients nursing cooperation deGree is significantly higher than the control group 84.38%,93.75%and observation group of patients the satisfaction scores were significantly better than the control,group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).WHOQOL score after treatment in both groups were improved,and the observation group improved significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with cardiac vascular surgery to extended care,can significantly improve patient care cooperation degree, improve the quality of su.rvival,harmonious relationship between nursesand patients,to expand the connotation of quality of nursing,promote its practical importance.
