分析产前检查与妊娠结局的相关性

To Analyze the Correlation between Prenatal Examination and Pregnancy Outcome

目的探讨产前检查与妊娠结局的相关性。方法抽取2016年1月至2017年1月来我院分娩的孕产妇300例,根据产前检查情况分为对照组(产前检查少于5次者)与观察组(规范进行产前检查者),对其妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果观察组的孕期体重增长过多、妊娠期高血压、早产、子痫前期重度、贫血、胎位异常、急诊剖宫产、产后出血、新生儿窒息、低体重儿、肥胖儿等情况的发生率明显低于对照组。结论严格规范地实施产前检查,能够及时地发现孕妇及胎儿的异常,有助于减少妊娠不良结局的发生,同时还可有效降低妊娠风险及围产儿发病率和死亡率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the correlation between antenatal examination and pregnancy outcome. Methods Three hundred cases of maternal delivery from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. According to the prenatal examination, they were divided into control group(less than 5 prenatal examinations) and observation group(normative prenatal examinations), and their pregnancy outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of excessive weight gain during pregnancy, gestational hypertension, premature delivery, severe pre-eclampsia, anemia, abnormal fetal position, emergency cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight infants and obese infants in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Strict and standardized prenatal examination can timely detect the abnormalities of pregnant women and fetuses, help to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, but also can effectively reduce the risk of pregnancy and perinatal morbidity and mortality, worthy of clinical promotion.
