消化道出血患者的临床观察及护理要点分析

Clinical Observation and Nursing Points Analysis of Patients with Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

目的对消化道出血患者的临床特点观察并采取对应护理措施的应用价值。方法取本院老年消化内科患者260例为本文分析对象,随机分为两组,每组各有患者130例。常规组患者接受常规消化内科护理干预,观察组患者根据消化道出血患者临床特点制定针对性护理干预措施。比较两种护理临床效果。结果在护理有效率方面,观察组患者为95.4%(124/130),常规组患者为85.4%(111/130),组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);在住院时间方面,观察组平均住院时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对消化道出血患者应该在系统全面掌握其临床特点后有针对性的制定护理措施,具有重要价值,能够帮助提高治疗方案效果及缩短康复时间,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics of patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage and to apply the corresponding nursing measures. Methods A total of 260 elderly patients with internal gastroenterology were enrolled in this study. They were randomLy divided into two groups, each with 130 patients. Patients in the routine group received routine digestive care interventions, and patients in the observation group developed targeted nursing interventions based on the clinical characteristics of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Compare the clinical effects of the two treatments. Results In terms of nursing effectiveness, the observation group was 95.4%(124/130), and the conventional group was 85.4%(111/130). The data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of hospitalization time, The average hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage should have targeted measures to develop nursing measures after comprehensively mastering their clinical characteristics. It is of great value and can help improve the effectiveness of treatment programs and shorten the recovery time. It is worth promoting.
