膝关节结核行关节镜清理伴对口冲洗的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Arthroscopic Debridement and Counterirrigation for Knee Joint Tuberculosis

目的分析膝关节结核行关节镜清理伴对口冲洗的临床疗效。方法随机抽取我院2017年9月至2018年9月就诊的膝关节结核患者22例,对其进行关节镜清理并伴对口清洗,治疗结束之后持续随访。结果22例膝关节结核患者的病症基本消退,并且功能恢复良好,膝关节lysholms评分为94.5分。结论关节镜清理伴对口冲洗是一种有效的清理膝关节结核的治疗方法,疗效良好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical-effect of arthroscopic debridement with oral irrigation for tuberculosis of knee joint.Methods A total of 22patients with tuberculosis of knee joint were randomLy selected from September 2017to September 2018.Arthroscopy was performed on them and cleaned by mouth cleaning.After treatment,the patients were followed up.Results The .symptoms of 22patients with tuberculous knee joint were basically abated and their function recovered well.The lysholms score of knee joint was 94.5.Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement with oral irrigation is an effective method for the treatment of tuberculosis of the knee joint,and it is worth popularizing.
