关于64例临床生化检验假危急值原因分析

Analysis of 64 Cases of False Critical Value in Clinical Biochemical Tests

目的对临床生化检验假危急值原因进行分析。方法以临床生化检验假危急值患者64例为研究对象,对其出现假危急值的原因进行分析。结果导致生化检验中出现假危急值的原因主要包括含Na+、K+液体输入时、脂肪乳输入时、大量维生素C输入、不含Na+、K+液体输入时高浓度葡萄糖输入时进行不规范抽血、病理生理因素、真空采血存在不合理促凝剂等。结论临床生化检验中假危急值出现的原因较多,应积极采取有效措施进行控制,从而防止出现生化检验假危急值的情况。

Objective To analyze the causes of false critical values in clinical biochemical tests.Methods 64 patients with false critical value of clinical biochemical test were selected as the research object,and the causes of false critical value were analyzed.Results The causes of false critical values in biochemical tests mainly include Na+,K+ liquid input,fat milk input,large amount of vitamin C input,no Na+,K+liquid input,high concentration glucose input,irregular blood sampling,pathology Physiological factors,vacuum blood collection,irrational accelerators,etc. Conclusion There are many reasons for the occurrence of false critical values in clinical biochemical tests,effective measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of false critical values in biochemical tests.
