摘要
为了保证透析患者安全,我们通过分析影响护理安全的因素,并结合透析中心护理工作的特点,于2015年3月我们血液净化中心经过改造,实施相应的管理对策,消除不安全因素,取得了满意的效果。
In order to ensure the safety of dialysis patients,we analyzed the factors affecting the safety of nursing,and combined with the characteristics of the nursing work in dialysis center,in March 2015,our blo.od purification center was reformed and implemented corresponding management measures to eliminate unsafe factors, and achieved satisfactory results.
